Thirty years ago one of my history professors in college said if people wanted to enjoy seeing the old taste of China, they should travel there before it became modernized with the old stuff and tastes gone in the history.
Old classmates, if you feel you have Chinese blood, you should at least see what China is like and enjoy once in a lifetime before time is running out. Waiting for retirement can be never.
